AI Adoption Assistance for Organizations

Developing a plan for how your team will implement AI and overseeing how that change management takes place is a substantive process, and the gap between them is where most adoption efforts quietly stall rather than visibly fail. Get the support you need to enact AI adoption in your organization ethically, safely, and effectively.

  • Get the tools you’ve chosen into day-to-day operations.
  • Work through roadblocks in your AI enablement efforts.
  • Check where understanding has drifted since the rollout.
  • Choose virtual or in-person assistance, whichever suits your team.

Help Getting From Plan to Practice

AI adoption assistance from the Canadian AI Advancement Institute is for organizations that already have a roadmap and need help starting or working through pain points. Across multiple sessions, we review progress and understanding, so the tools you have chosen reach day-to-day operations rather than sitting unused behind a login nobody has opened since the rollout.

What Is AI Adoption Assistance?

The hardest part of AI adoption is rarely the decision or the purchase. It is the weeks afterward, when the tools are available, but the work hasn’t changed, and nobody has time to sit with a colleague and work out how a task they do every week could be done differently.

This service exists to close that gap.

It typically runs as three one-hour sessions, offered as a virtual package or an in-person package. Each session reviews progress and understanding: what people have tried, where they got stuck, what they have quietly gone back to doing the old way, and what a realistic next step looks like before the following session.

This is deliberately a small engagement. Organizations that need the roadmap itself want AI strategy planning instead, and organizations whose whole team needs foundational training want a workshop. Adoption assistance assumes the thinking is done and the momentum is missing. We scope and quote engagements per client.

Adoption Work We've Supported

The CAIAI’s engagements have varied greatly, ranging from single-day workshops to a handful of follow-up sessions to bi-weekly work running for months with an owner-operator.

  • ZVS Land Management: Ongoing bi-weekly consulting from May 2025 on AI workflows, prompt libraries and multimodal tools for a construction owner-operator.
  • Greyspace Maintenance: Follow-through from a strategic plan into named tool adoption across the team, including email summarizing and competitive pricing research.
  • Greater Vancouver Zoo: Management and C-suite work that produced two custom AI workflows built for the organization’s own operations.

Our Mission

The Canadian AI Advancement Institute exists to help Canadians learn, adapt and succeed with AI. Adoption assistance is the succeed part: staying with a team past the decision, until the tools are genuinely part of how the work gets done.
