Whether you’re a small, medium, or large business, deciding how to adopt AI can be a very involved and complex process. The goal is to maximize value, but how is that defined? Better yet, how do you put the tools and systems to get there, initiate change management and build ongoing AI literacy? This is where we can help.
When it comes to AI consulting in Canada, it is often difficult to know where to start and what an organization needs. At the Canadian AI Advancement Institute, we assess where AI could strengthen your organization, build the roadmap to get there, help develop the policy that governs it, and stay involved while your team puts it into practice.
Engagements are scoped to your needs and draw on the same body of ethics, security, and adoption material we teach, so the plan your leadership acts on and the training your staff receive uphold the same verbiage and values.
The work divides into four service lines:
Underneath all four is ETPIA: exploration, testing, policy, implementation and adoption. It is the framework we give organizations to work through AI implementation in order, and we teach it in our Adapting to AI in Industry workshop and apply it in consulting engagements. Its usefulness is mostly in the sequencing. Policy sits in the middle rather than at the end, because a policy written after everyone has already chosen their own tools is a cleanup exercise.
The Canadian AI Advancement Institute has run adoption work with many organizations, from construction and property maintenance firms to a local zoo. Engagements have ranged from a single strategic implementation plan with four supporting workshops to bi-weekly consulting over months with an owner-operator. Below are a few of the organizations we have worked with.
These posts set out the research and thinking behind how we build an adoption plan.
Learners or employers are usually unaware of opportunities to pay for their learning. We have shared resources to help you identify available funding opportunities, including scholarships for individuals and grant programs for individuals and employers.
Apply for a scholarship through our Canadian AI scholarships page. In addition, visit our Canadian AI grant funding page to see what individuals or employers can apply for.
Tell us what your organization does and what you want AI to change. We’ll come back with the service that fits and a written quote, at no cost.
The Canadian AI Advancement Institute exists to help Canadians learn, adapt and succeed with AI. Consulting is the adapt part: turning what an organization has learned about AI into decisions it can act on, govern and live with.
